东方日升2015半年报预告抢先看

2015年已经过去一半，各家上市公司先后发布2015年中报业绩预告。东方日升新能源股份有限公司在7月7日也公布了半年度业绩预告。

公告称，从2015年1月1日到6月30日，东方日升预计的业绩是同向上升的，其中归属于上市公司股东的净利润比上年同期增长360.19%到452.23%，盈利值在10000万元到12000万元。预计非经常性损益对净利润的影响金额约为568万元，主要为公允价值变动损益和政府补助造成。扣除非经常性损益后的净利润预计为9432万元至11432万元。与去年同期相比，公司光伏产品销售同比大幅增加。

2015年是公司二次创业的关键年，而光伏产业是我国战略性新兴产业的重要组成部分。光伏发电具有安全可靠、无污染、无公害、不受资源限制等独特优势，东方日升积极响应国家号召，顺应市场发展趋势，研发、试验从多维度综合提高光伏产品转换效率，提高产能，为下半年的奋斗奠定不可动摇的基础。

Risen Energy’s Semi-Annual report Preview 2015 was released

After six months, many listed companies release the semi-annual preview report 2015. Risen Energy Co., Ltd just released semi-annual report on 7th July.

In the notice, we know that the performance for Risen Energy is expected to rise compared with the same period in last year from 1st January to 30th June, in which the net profit for shareholders rises from 360.19% to 452.23% compared with the same period in last year and the profit is from 100 million RMB to 120 million RMB. It is predicted that the impact amount of non-recurring profit and loss on net profit is 5.68 million RMB, which was caused by the profits and losses on the changes in fair value and government subsidies. The new profit is about 94.32 to 114.32 million RMB without non-recurring profit and loss. The PV products sales increased substantially compared with the same period in the last year.

2015 is a key year for the Risen Energy's new undertaking and PV industry is an important part of Chinese strategic emerging industries. PV generation has many unique advantages such as safe, reliability, free-pollution, free-agriculture, free resource constraints and others. Risen Energy responses to the country call, follow the market trends and improve the conversion efficiency and capacity of PV products from R&D and other fields. It makes an unshakable foundation for the following work.
