五亿元！东方日升投资设立融资租赁子公司

东方日升新能源股份有限公司与全资子公司东方日升新能源（香港）有限公司拟以各自的自有资金投资设立东方日升（上海）融资租赁有限公司，注册资本为50000万元人民币，设立完成后，公司持有的股份比例为55%，日升香港持有的股份比例为45%。

此次对外投资设立东方日升（上海）融资租赁有限公司，将加快打造“新能源+金融创新+能源互联网”业务板块，构建能源互联网金融生态圈的战略升级规划，拓展公司业务范围，提升公司核心竞争力、盈利能力以及抵抗风险的能力，是公司新的利润增长点。

日升融资租赁将依托东方日升在新能源领域建立的产业基础、渠道基础及客户基础，结合专业融资租赁管理团队的创新意识和完善的市场、业务、融资、风控管理体系，以日升融资租赁为先导，以新能源电力企业为主要目标市场，创新光伏金融品种和融资租赁盈利模式，逐步向光伏相关配套设施建设等领域拓展。未来日升融资租赁还将向其它符合国家产业政策导向的行业，特别是节能减排、可再生能源领域渗透发展，力争成为在新能源领域具有一定号召力的综合性融资租赁企业，为公司租赁业务走向全球，实现更大发展目标奠定扎实基础。
