东方日升与阳光电源签订战略合作协议
2015年供应商大会刚落下帷幕，东方日升与阳光电源就双方开展全面合作签订了战略合作协议，包括但不限于国内外光伏并网发电项目的开发、建设合作；技术创新合作；品牌联合推广等事宜。
根据双方友好协商，东方日升关联子公司在同等条件下采购阳光电源产品用于东方日升电站项目，而阳光电源则在投资建设并网光伏电站时，在同等条件下采购东方日升的组件产品，双方所提供的产品的性能质量需要达到双方要求并满足国家相关标准和规范。国内外电站开发，双方紧密合作，资源共享，共同实现全球范围内建设、运营高品质的光伏电站。并且双方利用各自的优势和经验，拓展电站智能解决方案，打造能源互联网平台。除此之外，双方在业务合作商打包进行品牌推广，扩大各自的品牌影响力。
东方日升此次与阳光电源的战略合作，有利于充分发挥双方的互补优势，提高竞争力，共同进行国内外市场开拓，推进公司打造能源互联网金融生态圈战略升级规划的实施，符合公司的发展需要和长远规划。

According to the agreement, the related subsidiaries of Risen Energy will purchase the products from Sungrow; Sungrow will purchase the modules from Risen for the solar power stations under the same condition. And the products need to meet the demands of two companies and national standards. Risen Energy and Sungrow need to cooperate to share the resources in the development of solar power stations around the world to achieve the goal of construction and operation of high-quality solar power stations. Moreover, the two companies will make their advantages and experience to expand the intelligence solutions of solar power stations and create energy internet platform. In addition, they will promote the brand with each other and expand the brand impact.
The strategic cooperation with Sungrow will be good for exploiting the complementary advantages of both sides and improving competitiveness.
