签订合作备忘录，东方日升加码拓展印度市场
2015年7月15日，本着互惠互利，共同发展的原则，经双方友好协商，东方日升新能源股份有限公司与RAASI GREEN EARTH ENERGY PVT LTD（简称RGEE公司）签署了合作备忘录，关于在印度泰米尔纳德邦合作投资和开发118兆瓦直流（100兆瓦交流）太阳能光伏电站。
RGEE公司是一家在印度设立，具有设计、开发、建设和运营太阳能园区基础设施业务的公司，它拥有在印度泰米尔纳德邦建设118兆瓦直流（100兆瓦交流）太阳能光伏电站项目所需的许可、批准、电网接入和土地许可和运营的权利。东方日升将依照双方约定分阶段提供本合作项目建设所需的太阳能光伏组件及EPC支持。在此合作项目中，东方日升持有股权比例为51%，RGEE公司及其合作方持有股权比例为49%。
东方日升致力于开展太阳能电站项目的建设及运营业务，本次和RGEE公司达成合作意向，有利于公司拓展印度市场的业务范围，完善海外新兴市场光伏电站开发战略的布局，带动公司光伏组件的销售，为公司创造效益，为当地社会创造价值，从而提升公司的行业影响力和品牌形象。

Risen Energy Signed a Memo of Cooperation, Expanding Indian Market
Risen Energy Co., Ltd and RAASI GREEN EARTH ENERGY PVT LTD (RGEE) signed a memo of cooperation with the principle of mutual benefit and common development on 15, July, 2015. It is about investing and developing 118MW DC (100MW AC) solar power stations in Tamil Nadu, India.
Founded in India, RGEE works on infrastructure business in Solar Parks, including designing, developing, constructing and operating. Now it owns the license, the approval, the right to connect to grid, the license of land use and operation, of an 118MW DC (100MW AC) solar power station in Tamil Nadu, India. Risen Energy will provide solar modules and EPC support needed in constructing the project according to the memo. Risen Energy holds 51% stock right and RGEE and its partners hold 49%.

The cooperation with RGEE is a step to expand Indian market, improving the layout of solar power station in the emerging markets overseas, driving PV modules sales.
